Research third-party copyrighted content to identify owners and connect with them via phone, email, web, and in-person to obtain contract executions/approval for use (artists, brands, publishers, labels, studios, etc.)

Review, modify, and draft contracts and licensing agreements per production legal 

Liaison with series producers, department heads, and legal to ensure transparency with requested deliverables 

Negotiate contracts and licensing terms with vendors and businesses

Maintain the organization of requested content across internal, cloud-based spreadsheet logs

Prepare weekly reports for production heads

Retain superior knowledge of intellectual property, fair-use, public-domain, and copyright laws

Handle research, clearance, and licensing responsibilities from pre-production through post-production

Prioritize workflow to support the initiatives of ever-evolving projects while keeping legal considerations in mind

Maintain a strong work ethic, attention to detail, sound judgment, critical thinking, and discretion
